Vice President of Supply Chain
Job purpose:
Reporting to the COO, the VP of Supply Chain will drive operational excellence in Kasha’s supply chain. Develop and implement strategies to optimize our supply chain and vendor management operations. Lead cross-functional and cross-country teams, ensure the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers, and drive continuous improvement in warehousing, 3PL partners, and inventory management processes. Analyze the performance data to forecast trends in supply and demand while proposing and implementing improvements where necessary.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process (including Import), which includes identifying and selecting suppliers, skillfully negotiating contracts, nurturing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of products while optimizing supplier terms.
- Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of existing supply chain processes to pinpoint areas in need of enhancement. Proactively propose and execute supply chain improvements, with a focus on process documentation for sustainability.
- Take charge of planning, organizing, and overseeing product transportation and distribution, encompassing both inbound and outbound logistics, to guarantee the efficient flow of goods throughout the supply chain.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure and report on supply chain performance, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve operations.
- Ensuring accurate and comprehensive records on supply chain activities and providing timely reports and updates periodically and on request.
- Lead the negotiation, redlining, legal, and business stakeholder communications process with suppliers on highly complex, challenged, or stalled projects.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the supply chain, and drive initiatives to reduce overall operating expenses.
- Identify, monitor, and proficiently manage risks associated with compliance and audit standards, ensuring that all relevant regulations are met as applicable.
- Investigate and resolve any issues related to incorrect or damaged orders. Maintain robust inventory management practices to mitigate such issues effectively.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the supply chain, and drive initiatives to reduce overall operating expenses.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with Kasha’s overall business goals. Continuously evaluate and adjust the strategy to respond to changing market dynamics.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Have a proven understanding and experience in procurement and supply chain and last-mile delivery of consumer and pharma products.
- Over nine (9) years of experience in a supply chain role, including 5+ years of progressively responsible management experience.
- Subject matter expert in all facets of Supply Chain Analysis. Experience in vendor relationship management and stakeholder governance is highly preferred.
- Proficient IT skills with 2 years min. experience in using WMS, OMS, and LMS systems.
- Exceptional analytical and strong time-management skills.

AL/MS Dynamics Senior Engineer
Job purpose:
Responsible for the implementation of new extensions, support for existing ones, and the strategic replacement of external vendors. This entails full-spectrum configuration and development activities, meticulous solution architecture, engagement across the software development lifecycle, and robust vendor transition management. To shape and optimize our Dynamics 365 ecosystem, driving innovation and ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our evolving business goals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the hands-on implementation of extensions for MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring the seamless integration of new functionalities.
- Actively participate in technical design discussions and contribute to critical architectural decisions within the team, leveraging your expertise in Dynamics 365.
- Perform end-to-end software development tasks, including coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and ongoing maintenance, guaranteeing the reliability and efficiency of applications.
- Engage in daily agile routines, such as stand-up meetings and coordination sessions, adhering to the Sprint plan to foster efficient teamwork and project progress.
- Collaborate with team leads and offer implementation suggestions based on your technical expertise and research, contributing to effective troubleshooting and decision-making.
- Address reported issues in product development, providing adept troubleshooting, and support during implementations, upgrades, and data migrations, ensuring a seamless software environment.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation to support operational needs while maintaining the codebase to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Coordinate in-house coding projects with external vendors, facilitating seamless collaboration in the same environment.
- Contribute to research efforts to identify optimal solutions for new feature requests, leveraging your deep understanding of Dynamics 365.
- Provide guidance to more junior team members, foster a culture of knowledge sharing, and ensure documentation is accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
- Excellent hands-on coding skills and a good command of AL. Other software languages, especially Python with a focus on the Django framework, are a considerable plus.
- At least 5 years of experience building extensions and customizing MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Solid knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and ERP-related products and solutions.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Azure and SQL Server.
- Solid understanding of client-server architecture and relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience in the creation of ETLs, API endpoints/webhooks, and other data processing solutions.
- Understanding of Agile/Kanban methodology as well as best coding practices and approaches.

Customer Care Agent
Job Purpose:
To manage inbound and outbound phone calls, email requests, and face-to-face interaction with a friendly, helpful approach. This role reports directly to the Customer Care Team Lead – Kasha. An assignment may form part of the selection process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer support in a delightful, helpful, and timely manner on call, email, WhatsApp, LiveChat, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Correct tagging of customers to agents and Kasha business groupings.
- Provide customers with accurate, relevant, and useful information regarding Kasha products and services.
- Ensure that all customer queries and complaints are fully resolved on a ‘One Stop Shop’ basis – First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge sufficient for issue resolution, retention, and customer education.
- Ensure that issues escalated arising from customer queries are resolved within 24 – 48 hours to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and track sales leads effectively, cross/upsell products and services for an enriched customer relationship.
- Quality data capture on Kasha systems and attending quality assurance sessions for consistent and quality customer handling.
- Actively represent the customer throughout the organization, highlighting trends, suggesting,
- implementing improvements and feeding back to relevant departments.
Role Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Social Science or any business-related field.
- Experience (6 months – 1 year) in customer handling in a contact center setting will be an added advantage.
- Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel).
