PRODUCT MANAGER, BASE AND PAYMENTS – DIGITAL FINANCIAL SERVICES
The role holder is responsible for driving the growth of the customer base who consume the Bank’s digital payments and savings products and ensure that these customers are actively engaged. The role holder will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the digital payments and savings products offerings in order to attract and retain customers, as well as drive revenue through effective solutions. SENIOR MANAGER, COMMUNICATION
Reporting to the Director KCB Foundation, the Senior Manager Communications will set and guide the strategy for all communications, website, and public relations messages and collateral to consistently articulate KCB Foundation’s mission. The Senior Communications Manager will work closely with a senior peer group within the KCB Group as the communications partner on a variety of strategic initiatives. SENIOR MANAGER, RISK AND COMPLIANCE
Provide compliance and risk management to KCB Foundation to align all KCBF activities to KCB Group policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards to ensure risk management and compliance across all of KCBF programmes and operations. The person will also provide thought leadership and direction in Temenos Transact (T24) business analysis and product design and support solution and product development and configuration teams in delivery of solutions that meet business and technical requirements as per the established standards and roadmap in line with T24 implementation standards and frameworks.
