IT Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure network and Internet Security maintenance.
  • Ensure all machines and devices are connected to the Company networks, servers and security programs and systems by running daily tests.
  • Manage the upgrade and installation of new hardware and software to ensure efficiency in business processes and operations.
  • Perform troubleshooting to address any problems with computer systems.
  • Creation and Management of user access logins to
  • Daily maintenance, upgrade and monitoring of the Company’s firewall to ensure that the firewall is always running as required, and checking intrusion logs and checking internet usage.
  • Make suggestions for improvements to computer systems, backup data and perform data recovery if needed.
  • Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • CCTV monitoring and maintenance to ensure security and safeguarding of Company assets and equipment.
  • Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (Added Advantage)
  • Certificate in CCNA
  • Certificate in Cisco
  • Certificate in Internet Security
     

Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities

  • Ensure portfolio is performing within company guidelines.
  • Drive efficient customer relationship management post funding.
  • Monitor assets’ tracking efficiency within acceptable limits.
  • Ensure all assets have been insured.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports.
  • Build and manage relationships with partners and suppliers.
  • Oversee expenditure to enhance profitability and minimize losses.
  • Resolve conflicts effectively and efficiently.
  • Liase with Credit Manager to ensure lending guidelines are aligned to quality objectives.

Experience

  • 2 years + experience in a similar role.
  • A background in Risk and Audit would be an added advantage.
  • 2 years+ experience leading a team in a senior role with proven track record.
