Laboratory Technologists
Key responsibilities:
- Registration, collection and processing of client samples within the limits of specific tests
- Communication of laboratory results to internal and external customers
- Maintain high standards of quality laboratory practice by the use of proper reagents well calibrated machines and a clean working environment
- Observe efficient usage of reagents, glassware and equipment.
- Preparation of laboratory reports
- Participation in internal QC programs and log in the appropriate registers
Position requirements and other competencies:
- A diploma in Medical Laboratory Science
- Must have a registration certificate from the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technician and Technologist Board
- At least two (2) years of appropriate experience in medical laboratory functions
- ICT competency
- Excellent customer service
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Pleasant personality
Pharmaceutical Technologist
