Recoveries Administrator

Job Description

• Constant engagement of service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of reports. Obtaining and review of status reports from advocates on recovery position.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Persistent and vigorous pursuing recoveries from third party insurers.
• Timely appointing of tracers to guide recovery pursuits
• Appointing advocates to secure matters against limitation.
• Ensuring proper documentation of claims to maximize recoveries prospects.
• Preparing recovery schedules for specific third-party insurers.
• Streamlining the recovery schedules to ensure matters recoverable are captured and expedited.
• Constant engagement of service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of reports. Obtaining and review of status reports from advocates on recovery position.
• Building and harnessing relationships with third party insurers to enhance out of court recoveries.
• Liaising and holding meetings with third party insurers and advocates to facilitate recovery.
• Obtaining and exchanging discharge vouchers.
• Pursuit of payments and conclusion of recovery matters.
• Preparation of periodical reports on recoveries.

QUALITIES

• Good communication skills
• Strong negotiation skill

QUALIFICATIONS

• Business related degree
• Atleast one year in a similar role
