Drop Shipping Officer
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Order receiving: Receiving incoming shipments from Local Vendors, verifying contents against purchase orders, inspecting for damages, and ensuring quality control standards are met.
- Quality Control: Conducting quality checks on received products to ensure they meet specified standards and reporting any issues or discrepancies to relevant departments.
- Processing Accuracy: Ensure accurate order processing with zero errors.
- Time management: Ensure On – Time dispatch of processed orders for Shipping to courier.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the receiving process to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize the overall workflow.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelors Degree in any related course. (Experience in warehousing is an added advantage)
- Must demonstrate good understanding in Operations & Orderliness.
- Accurate in tasks.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to work extended hours or days /Flexibility.
- Must posses good communication skills.
