Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function and contribute to the expansion of both our facilities management and recruitment/outsourcing services. The HR Manager will oversee our HR operations while also supporting our recruitment services for clients, ensuring high standards in talent acquisition, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and recruitment, with a keen understanding of both employee relations and workforce outsourcing.

Job Description/Requirements

  • Manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employee development across both internal and external clients.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for both Bestcare’s internal roles and client placements.
  • Oversee manpower outsourcing services, ensuring that our clients receive qualified and reliable personnel according to their requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and best practices that align with business objectives and ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws.
  • Provide strategic HR support to various departments and clients, including staffing, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies for both internal and external clients.
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of outsourced manpower services, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and employee performance.
  • Provide ongoing support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive work culture and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance, ensuring timely processing and accurate reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong focus on recruitment, outsourcing, and employee relations.
  • Experience in facilities management or a similar service-oriented industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and best HR practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships effectively both internally and with clients.
  • Proven experience in managing outsourced manpower services and supporting client recruitment needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment, handling both internal and external HR responsibilities.
