1. Senior Property Manager – Real Estate Company

Job Title: Senior Property Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting to property owners and investors.
• Schedule maintenance, conduct property inspections, and respond to emergencies.
• Ensure all properties comply with health and safety standards.
• Handle tenant interactions, process applications, resolve issues and complaints, and enforce rental policies.
