Requirements for Appointment:

• To be considered for appointment to this position, an applicant must:
• Be a Kenyan citizen;
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Kenya (a Master’s degree will be an added advantage);
• Possess at least ten (10) years of senior-level management experience.
• Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya on leadership and integrity;
• Be a professional of high integrity with no record of breaching professional codes of conduct;
• Not currently holding a position as a public or state officer;
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of the county’s diversity; and
• Be capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting strict deadlines;

Secretary County Public Service Board

Requirements for Appointment

• To be considered for this position, a candidate must:
• Be a Kenyan citizen
• Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Kenya
• Master’s degree or higher qualification will be an added advantage.
• Be a Certified Public Secretary in good professional standing.
• Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience.
• Possession of Human Resource qualification will be an added advantage
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of the structural, legal, and regulatory framework governing public service in Kenya,
• Possession of knowledge and experience in financial management wiil be an added advantage.
• Be a professional of high integrity, with no record of breach of the relevant professional code of conduct.
• Meet the requirements of leadership and integrity as outlined in Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya (20 1 0).
• Be capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate flexibility, adaptabilityand the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and across networks, Is not a state or public officer Is not a state or public officer

Requirements for Appointment

• Be a Kenyan Citizen
• Possess at least an undergraduate degree from a recognized university in the fields in which she or he has been practicing.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in a senior management position.
• Satisfies the chapter six of the constitution Is not a state or public officer

Remuneration: Remuneration and benefits shall be as determined by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC).
