About Us
We work in partnership to ensure women have access to and control over their own economic resources. We focus on four strategic priorities: public education and awareness-raising; mental health and wellness; ensuring systems do not inadvertently facilitate economic abuse; and influencing policy. Our aim now is to ensure that Canadian private and public sector policies and practices recognize economic abuse, so that victim-survivors are supported to achieve economic justice, and abusers are held accountable for their behaviours.
Data Collector – Qualitative Research
Data Collector
The Canadian Centre for Women’s Empowerment (CCFWE) is seeking three experienced Data Collectors to support a national research study conducted by our research institute examining the impacts of economic abuse on BIPOC women in Canada. This role is well-suited for individuals with strong qualitative research skills and experience engaging with participants in sensitive contexts.
Data Collectors will be responsible for conducting one-on-one interviews and facilitating focus groups with individuals who have lived experience of economic abuse. The role requires a trauma-informed, ethical, and highly confidential approach to data collection.
Please send your CV and cover letter to hr@ccfwe.org by April 25, 2026.
