Risk Analyst Assistant
PURPOSE:
Responsible for risk identification, analysis and recording to facilitate transparency and accuracy in decision making.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect and analyse data for risk assessment, monitoring and compliance;
- Coordinating risk champions in risk identification and analysis;
- Collection of data for preparation of management and board reports;
- Maintain risk logs and incident logs; Maintain risk and incident logs and
- Review files and capture information during risk audits;
Academic and Professional Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or in a related field
- Computer literate in MS Office and other office applications
Professional
- Certification in either of the following; CISA/ CISM/ CRM/ Progress in CPA
Experience Required:
- Relevant experience 1
Risk Analyst
PURPOSE:
Responsible for risk identification, analysis and recording to facilitate transparency and accuracy in decision making.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and assess inherent risks and create risk registers
- Conduct risk audit on business units and branches
- Prepare draft management reports
- Review and advise on business processes, IT change management control and product risk review
- Maintain risk and incident logs and
- Monitor compliance with the recommended risk controls and mitigations.
Academic and Professional Requirements
Education
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Business-related field from a reputable university
Professional Qualifications
- Computer literate in MS Office and other office applications
- ICDL or Computer Packages
- IIK or ACII
Experience Required:
