Digital Content Executive – Sports Betting
Royal Media Services Limited is seeking to recruit a highly qualified person for the above position. Reporting to the Brand Manager, the job holder will be responsible for the creation of wholesome, appealing, and exciting content across the RMS Sports Betting social media pages, for the purpose of creating demand for the said brands, within our online target audience. He/she will promote all online & traditional platforms in a bid to grow the market share & maximize revenue for these brands.
The Digital Content Executive’s role will include the following:-
- Come up with both long-term and short-term strategies for each of the RMS Sports Betting platforms, on Social Media for approval and execution.
- Guide the creative process surrounding the messaging for this brand on the various social media outlets, taking into account the varied audiences within each.
- Coordinate the internal processes around the creation and uploading of the Social Media Messaging.
- Monitor Consumer Feedback and Questions and Concerns shared on our Social Media Platforms and coordinate timely responses.
- Ensure all social media platforms are updated regularly with the latest information.
- Advise supervisor on new trends in online tools, applications, channels, design & strategy
- Liaise with the product teams to create campaigns that can be commercialized
- Execute & monitor internal and external social media communication campaigns, with an aim to ensure that our brand’s campaigns are competitively meeting market demands.
- Monitor campaign feedback & adjust or augment campaigns accordingly.
- Ensure efficient winners’ management on the sports betting front.
- Responsible for efficient management of the brand representation across all on-ground, on-air, and digital activations.

Academic and Professional Experience
- University Graduate in Marketing, Communication, Media, Public Relations, or a related field from a recognized University
- Demonstrated capacity in managing social media accounts for big, successful brands.
- Experience working with Sports Betting Organizations, Media houses, or top FMCGs will be an added advantage.

Digital Video/Promo Producer – Sports Betting
Royal Media Services Limited wishes to recruit a suitably qualified person for the above position. The job holder will be responsible for scripting and creatively producing content for the purpose of marketing the products, events, and other content on various platforms as appropriate. Reporting to the Brand Manager, the job holder is expected to be a team player, a problem solver with great attention to detail, and possess a clear understanding of the overall content production process.
The role will include the following:
- Conceptualize and produce on-air promos including program/activity-specific promos, company campaigns, marketing reels, and other related content
- This includes scripting, editing, and recording relevant generic and daily promos, teasers, and trailers fit for the various products
- To script, edit, and produce promos for paid-for and other content as advised
- Responsible for developing innovative ways to create compelling video content that can be
- Shared with demanding audiences across social media and other platforms.
- Employing a data-driven approach to video content by using analytics to inform ongoing video
- Creation strategy.
- Manage the RMS Sports Betting brands’ content in liaison with the social media officer and brand Manager.
- To monitor the said on-air station properties and promos to ensure they run as scheduled.
- Work with team members to deliver creative content that meets all deliverable deadlines.
- Timely delivery of assigned productions.
- Attend production meetings as directed
- Key focus areas: Engage in the pre-production, production, and post-production processes of assigned visual projects.
Academic and Professional Experience
- Diploma in Communication/Video production/graphic design with two years of relevant and practical experience. Bachelors in Communication/TV production will be an added advantage
- A deep and expert understanding and passion for sports betting and sports space in general.
- A great understanding of the social media landscape and consumer needs in this space.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, Media Encoder, and Final Cut Pro is required
- A deep understanding of programming across social media channels, including experience creating
- Original videos for social platforms including YouTube, Facebook is required.
- Proven knowledge of digital media and content landscape is required.
- A relevant degree or diploma from a recognized University/College
- Proficiency in video editing using final cut or equivalent
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Personal Attributes and other requirements
- Knowledge of broadcast video and audio post-production process
- Creative and out-of-the-box thinker who will be able to script and follow through with the creative process
- Good in execution, pays attention to detail, and good in follow up
- I.T Literacy and good command of English and Swahili (Written and Spoken).
- Good communicator with great writing and presentation skills

Brand Manager – Sport Betting
Royal Media Services Limited is seeking to recruit a highly qualified person for the Brand Manager-Sports Betting position. The job-holder will be responsible for the overall role of brand building and development for the sports betting products and platforms within the organization. Reporting to the Marketing Director, he/she will formulate and execute brand plans above the line, below the line, and on an experiential front. They will also be responsible for the overall creation of demand for this arm of the business.
The role will include the following:-
- Oversee and execute best-in-class campaigns and programs from inception through delivery to achieve business objectives.
- Utilize and interpret research and audience insights to develop the creative strategy and campaign
- Supervise multiple internal and external resources, vendors, agencies, and freelancers in the development of assets and campaign activations.
- Partner closely with social, editorial, partnerships, PR, and content teams on the development and execution of 360 degrees campaigns.
- Deliver big creative ideas that will break through in a cluttered, competitive consumer landscape.
- Act as a liaison with professional advertising agencies; detail advertising programs designed to obtain maximum penetration per shilling expended.
