Accounts Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting of daily transactions.
- Assist in the verification of physical accounts documents.
- Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Handling sensitive and confidential accounting information with honesty and integrity.
- Assist in all the accounts reconciliations.
- Perform any other duty assigned.
Job Qualifications & Skills
- A Business-related course with a major in Finance or Accounting.
- CPA will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications and accounting packages.
- Must possess high integrity standards.
- Must be detail-oriented and ready to learn.
Branch Administrator
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all resource and service departments of the Hospital, including personnel, facilities, equipment, and supplies; Coordinating duties, responsibilities and motivate all members of staff to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and ensure the implementation of financial and business strategies to enhance the fiscal viability of the hospital.
- Champion formulation and implementation of policies within all the hospital departments.
- Serve as a liaison among governing boards, medical staff, and department managers.
- Assist with recruitment, consenting, screening, and enrolment of personnel.
- Spearhead the strategic direction of the Hospital; assigning duties/activities to ensure implementation and achievement.
- Oversee quality improvement of processes for efficient delivery of services in the hospital
- Monitor the performance of the hospital in terms of revenue & profitability against targets and take corrective steps as required.
- Undertake cost optimization initiatives; monitoring fixed costs, variable costs, overheads etc.
- Ensure there is full compliance with the existing statutory requirements/ regulations and that all the necessary licenses are obtained in time
- Play a bigger role in creating and maintaining relationships with all the key external stakeholders
- Participate in the budgeting of the Hospital activities with a view of achieving proper controls;
- Develop and ensures implementation of the Service contract agreements for all hospital machines and equipment
- Responsible for the supervision of all the hospital employees
- Any other duties assigned by the executive management
Job Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration/Management Finance Option, or any other related field.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience preferably in a similar environment.
- Knowledge in Financial Management
- Excellent interpersonal and ability to manage a diverse range of professional relationships.
- Leadership skills
- Strong personality and ability to work under pressure.
Human Resource Asistant
The HR Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the Human Resource Department
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and selection: Conduct the recruitment process
- Induction and Orientation: Induction and orientation of newly placed employees
- Maintain personnel file: Custodian of employee data and documentation
- Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; sick, and time off.
- Attendance Register: monitor the attendance of employees in terms of lateness and
- absenteeism and give a monthly analysis report to the management.
- Leave Computation and maintenance: Maintain and update leave schedule for all employees.
- Policy Formulation -Develop and review HR staff handbook and policies and inform the staff and management of the policies.
- Draft and update HR letters, e.g. offer letter, promotion, transfer, termination,
- Performance management and appraisal: keep track of employees contract, plan for appraisal when appropriate. Draft performance appraisal report and forward to management.
- Training: Conducting training need assessment. Administering on-the-job training programs. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs
- Payroll administration and management- Administer and update payroll: Processing payroll, ensuring unpaid leaves are tracked in the system
- Draft and review clinical staff duty rotor together with Head of Inpatient and
- Outpatient services. Submit a copy to Administrator’s office and Reception.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
- Perform a variety of general office support duties; make copies; maintain calendar of activities, meetings, and various events for assigned staff; process mail including receiving, sorting, and order office supplies..
Job Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
- At least 2 years experience preferably in a similar environment.
- Knowledge in Labour Laws
- Excellent interpersonal and ability to manage a diverse range of professional relationships.
- Leadership skills
- Strong personality and ability to work under pressure.
- Member of IHRM
