Key Responsibilities 

  • Supporting in the provision of company secretarial services.
  • Assisting in with corporate statutory compliance.

  • General support in the delivery of the Secretarial Services.

Accountant

Key Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping
  • Assisting in preparation of financial statements.
  • Assisting in compliance with monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines.
  • Assisting in carrying out various reconciliations.
  • Processing client records accurately using various accounting software/applications.
  • Performing other relevant tasks as assigned.

Tax Advisory & Compliance

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation of Employment Tax, Corporation Tax, VAT, CGT, etc
  • Assist in filing Monthly/quarterly and annual returns
  • Monitor various compliances to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist senior staff with tax related research and publications
  • Assist in preparation of tax reports
  • Assisting in handling tax investigation matters.
  • Performing other relevant tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Tax administration graduate,
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree.
