You will be critical to making our centres run like clockwork. Our buildings may be beautiful, and the tech top-notch, but it is people like you who really complete the experience. What you’ll need…
- Customer service – this is at the heart of what we do so you should have a background in the service industry and have dealt with a diverse mix of people and customers. We offer a comprehensive induction and lots of training so we will consider people from a range of backgrounds such as Retail, Hospitality the creative arts…anywhere where the customer is at the heart of the business.
- Leadership – You’ll be working in a small team of between 2-5 people (depending on the size of your centre) so you should have experience of working independently. - Tech – We use a variety of systems and tech in our centres, so you’ll need to have a good command of basic IT packages such as MS Office. We will teach you the rest.

Community Sales Manager
The opportunity
As a Community Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of your center. You’ll also be selling our office space, using your negotiation skills to build long-lasting relationships, and closing deals while always looking for that next lead. You’ll motivate your team to create a great working environment to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will:
- Inspire your team of associates, developing their skills to get the best from each team member
- Manage the day to day running of the centre, maintaining a clean, safe, welcoming and well-maintained environment
- Oversee administrative tasks, including managing leases, rental agreements, and invoicing processes
- Promote your centre to new customers and show them how flexible workspace could enhance their business
- Generate leads and proactive sales by executing against your promotional and networking events and activities
- Build relationships with potential business customers, brokers and partners to sell them our added-value services and products
- Maximize sales performance for your area and ensure KPIs are met and exceeded
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to maximize profits
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring tenant satisfaction and building long-term relationships
About you

- A good communicator, used to dealing with customers – ideally in the hospitality, real estate or events industry
- Confident, approachable and able to build strong relationships with customers
- A solution seller who takes a hands-on approach and is driven to achieve results in a KPI driven sales environment
- Demonstrate experience in nurturing, negotiating, renewing and closing sales

Construction Project Manager
Job Purpose
- This person will manage relationships with our external partners to deliver our New Centre Openings (NCO) and refurbishment programmes on time, on budget and in line with our design standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme manage the end to end process of delivery in conjunction with our out-sourced partners. Ensure there is clarity on expectations, deadlines and any issues or risks are escalated and dealt with in a timely manner.
- Fully accountable for scope, programme and cost.
- Ensure our partners manage the fit-out so they are in line with our global design and build standards.
- Plan and manage the refurbishment and maintenance of our existing estate, ensuring minimal disruption to customers and prioritising where we will maximise Return on Investment. Ensure Design and Build partners are utilised where appropriate and other contractors are effectively engaged where Design & Build is not appropriate.
- Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders so work is prioritised in line with business needs.
- Robustly manage supplier’s performance in line with contractual agreement whilst maintaining a positive relationship and ensuring suppliers remain engaged and committed to delivering our NCO and refurbishment objectives.
- Leverages an extensive network of industry contacts to proactively establish and strengthen the local supply chain, focusing on procurement strategies and implementation.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Significant project / programme management experience gained in a fast-paced environment such as Retail, Retail banking, Hotels or Professional consultancy.
- Used to managing multiple openings to demanding timescales and tight budget controls
- Proactive approach to problem solving and a customer first approach
- Highly commercial and results focussed – significant experience of reducing cost whilst improving standardisation
- High drive with strong attention to detail. Can cope with a high degree of ambiguity, uncertainty and change
- Strong resilience with the ability to keep focussed on the big picture and end goal
- Previous experience of refurbishment and maintenance management is desirable
- Ability to positively influence multiple stakeholders across countries and cultures
- Experience in selecting and managing preferred partners for large Design and Build programmes through a competitive tender process would be advantageous
