Administrative Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Project Workplan activities to ensure tracking of implementation
- Perform administrative duties including recording Minutes of the Project, management of stationery and utilities, transport etc.
- Prepare correspondence on behalf of the Project Management including drafting of general replies
- Organise program activities such as meetings, workshops etc.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in USAID funded projects an added advantage.
Customer Services Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate timely and accurate order upload through the front end.
- Coordinate the communication of order being processed to all stakeholders.
- Word hand in hand with Supply Chain Officers to gather information related to stakeholders.
- Work with Monitoring & Evaluation to coordinate storage of Proof of Delivery (PODs)
- Compile Service Delivery Reports
- Supervise Customer Services Assistants
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business related qualification
- Diploma in Pharmacy will be an added advantage
- 5 years’ experience in customer services
- Previous experience in USAID funded projects an added advantage
Supply Chain Specialist – Laboratory
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with various Partners and Ministry of Health Programs for effective supply chain execution.
- Forecasting of programme commodities for Laboratory supplies
- Supply pipeline monitoring for adequacy of programme commodities
- Supply Chain capacity building to the service delivery points and Counties
- Supply chain monitoring and evaluation to ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare Supply Chain reports for information and decision making
- Performance management to ensure achievement of activity objectives and targets for the team
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Laboratory Science with additional Supply Chain Training
- Registered with the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technologists and Technicians Board
- 3 years’ experience in Programme Supply Chain management
- Previous experience in USAID funded projects an added advantage
Supply Chain Officer – Distribution
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison with County and Sub-County Pharmacists, Tuberculosis, Malaria and Laboratory Coordinators and implementing partners
- Liaison with County and Sub-County Pharmacists and follow-up on deliveries of consignments to health facilities
- Liaison with all implementing partners within the counties and create robust feedback loop mechanisms for addressing clients’ concerns
- Conduct post-delivery internal surveys to reconcile USAID commodities and address any anomalies identified promptly
- Liaison with MEDS Operations Centre for seamless communication, feedbacks and updates on executed key performance indicators and emerging issues
- Conduct spot-checks and targeted support supervision visits to monitor and evaluate deliveries within sub-counties and generate related reports
- Prepare and submit monthly progress report on the implementation of the USAID funded project in the assigned region
Candidate Profile:
- At least 3 years’ experience in PEPFAR/USAID funded projects management and county collaborations
- Bachelors in Health Sciences; Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Systems Management or related field. Certification in project management, monitoring and evaluation
- Registration with relevant professional body and a valid practise license.
- Valid driving license with 2 years driving experience.
