Key Deliverables
- In cooperation with the Country Representative, develops a long-term strategy for programmes for the Country Office in Kenya, operationalizes and leads its implementation
- Defines the common approach and quality standards in PAH Programmes and monitors their coherent application across programmes
- Provide leadership and direction and responsible for timely and effective implementation of activities as well as use of budget and other resources enabling synergies in the Programmes, assuring compliance with internal standards (e.g. PCM guidelines)
- Lead on proposal development; coordinate and manage proposal writing by identifying sources for programmes financing and funding opportunities
- Leads Programme Team, i.e. selects, assesses performance, motivates, establishes supporting relations and develops project staff
- Liaises and engages in cooperation with stakeholders such as donors, institutions, authorities, international and national non-governmental organizations, international organizations (IOs), clusters representing PAH
