Accounts Assistant

Oneway Facilities Management Ltd is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and updated financial spreadsheets.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Maintaining an accurate debtor’s ageing analysis report.
  • Ensuring timely payments of suppliers in conjunction with the procurement department.
  • Handle routine accounting tasks, such as invoicing and data entry.
  • Assist in auditing financial information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to support financial projects and initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least CPA II or ACCA equivalent
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the accounting or finance department
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow established procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Brand Messaging – Ensuring consistent online presence and brand message
  • Scheduling – Schedule and publish content and campaigns across multiple social media channels
  • Engage with your audience through content shared, creating awareness, and responding to questions.
  • Visual Content Creation: Take high-resolution photographs and videos focused on services rendered and engage our target audience.
  • Brand Awareness – Consistently posting on socials and creating a brand image across all social media channels to enhance the company’s online presence.

Qualification & Experience

  • Excellent communication, editing, and planning skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. (Degree is an added advantage)

  • Expertise in photography and video production

  • Full understanding of all social media platforms

IT Support Technician

Oneway Facilities Management Ltd is seeking an approachable, proven, high-performing, and self-motivated IT Support Technician to support our offices.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Installing and configuring computer systems
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
  • Set up, configure, and deploy hardware and software.
  • Manage disaster recovery process and ensure regular daily backup is taken.
  • Set up antivirus and provide day-to-day support.
  • Fully conversant with Windows, Outlook, and MS Office
  • Provide exemplary customer service across all levels of the organization
  • End User Device administration/configuration/support/troubleshooting
