What You’ll Be Driving:

Product Strategy & Development:

  • Develop and execute the overall insurance product strategy in alignment with the company’s goals.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Professional certifications in insurance (e.g., ACII, CPCU) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in insurance product development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of insurance market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and risk management principles.

Director of Risk and Compliance

Strategic Risk Management:

  • Develop and implement an enterprise risk management framework that aligns with organizational goals.

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or governance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within financial services, banking, or regulated industries.
