Principal Engineer – 2 Positions

Job Specification
The duties and responsibilities at this level will involve: –

  • Design water and sanitation projects;
  • Administration and supervision ofprojects;
  • Advice on issuance of certificate of project completion;
  • Estimate costs for water and sanitation projects;
  • Participate in preparation of tender documents;
  • Participate in evaluation of tenders;
  • Participate in the implementation of the performance management system in the section;

Principal Officer, Resource Mobilization – 1 Position

Job Specification
The duties and responsibilities at this level will involve:

  • Participate in development of policies, regulations and operational guidelines and strategies on resource mobilization;
  • Coordinate fundraising activities such as donor briefings;
  • Conduct evaluation of proposals from organizations and recommend to donors for funding;

Job Description
Duties and responsibilities entail;

  • Incorporating online tools and in-person networking to create relationships and ultimately build the Agency’s brand, both online and offline
  • Content creation – writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels.
  • Social media marketing – creating, managing and growing the Agency’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties.
