Accounts Assistant (VIM)
Job Description
As an Accounts Assistant , you will play a crucial role in our finance department, specifically focusing on VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) booking of invoices, recording and maintaining invoice records, filing and indexing invoices as required, and generating Excel reports. You will be part of a dynamic team where attention to detail and accuracy are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Perform VIM booking of invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Record invoices and maintain an organized filing system.
- Ensure proper indexing and retrieval of invoices as required.
- Generate and analyze Excel reports related to accounts payable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any invoicing discrepancies.
- Support the finance team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in VIM booking of invoices and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
