Client Relations Assistant
- The position will report to the Client Relations Supervisor and will be responsible for Booking and keying-in customer orders as well as handling enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and direct clients/visitors to various service points
- Vetting, booking and cancellation of customer’s orders for efficiency in order processing
- Receive and respond to enquiries on orders for customer satisfaction
- Receive and document telephone orders for efficiency in order processing
- Key in booked orders
- Communicate order progress availability of stocks and out of stocks where applicable for customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Diploma in Pharmacy or Nursing or Laboratory Technology or in a similar field
- Proficiency in the use of computer
- At least two (2) years of work experience in a busy customer service environment
- Functional skills; client relations, communication, organizational skills
- Behavioral competencies; integrity; interpersonal relations; attention to detail; self-driven and amiable
Internal Audit Assistant
- The position will report to the Internal Audit Manager and will be responsible for supporting the auditing team.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide significant assistance and support to the internal audit function in reviewing the organization’s internal controls and procedures.
- Participate in assessing the efficacy of existing controls, system processes and procedures by subjecting them to weakness tests.
- Regular independent warehouse spot checks and inventory cycle counts.
- Routine fixed assets verification and new assets tagging.
- Maintain internal audit working paper files.
- Participate in audit investigations.
- Draft preliminary audit issues and observations made from assigned tasks.
Job requirements:
- CPA (K), Business related degree is an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in Auditing
- Ability to work with and therefore audit various IT systems and ERPs, Syspro ERP is an added advantage.
- Behavioural competencies and attitude: Strong analytical skills, high level of integrity, communication skills, self-driven, discretion, confidentiality, and investigative mindset.
Internal Audit Officer
- The position will report to the Internal Audit Manager and will be responsible for supporting the audit function.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing and recommending improvements on internal control framework.
- Participating in developing and executing comprehensive risk-based internal audit programmes with other team members and supervisor.
- Preparing audit reports on findings and observations made from audits conducted for review by Internal Audit Manager.
- Conducting follow up activities to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendation action plans.
- Identifying and participating in risk assessment of the organization’s processes to assure the effectiveness of the risk management framework.
- Assist Internal Audit Manager in continuously improving the audit process through new tools and techniques.
- Conduct ad-hoc investigations and reviews as requested by the Audit and Risk Management Committee and/or management.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or any related business degree from a recognized institution.
- Be a Certified Public Accountant (K) or other recognized equivalent qualifications. Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification or equivalent is an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in Auditing.
- Ability to work with and therefore audit various IT systems and ERPs, Syspro ERP is an added advantage.

Human Resources Assistant
- The position will report to the Human Resources and Administration Manager and will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources function.
Key responsibilities:
- Support internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Assist with the recruitment process
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Assist in coordinating training sessions and seminars.
- Assist in performing orientations and updating records of new staff.
Job requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent is an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a busy Human Resources Office
- Membership with the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM) is an added advantage
- Ability to work with Human Resources and information Systems Software; and various IT systems
- Functional skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective HR administration and people management skills; organizational and time management skills; problem-solving skills
- Behavioural competencies high level of integrity, confidentiality, amiable, self-driven and interpersonal communication skills; works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines; attention to detail.
