Human Resource Officer

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage data entry and profiling, including employment records, status changes (appointments, probation, promotions, transfers, separations, confirmations, end of contracts, and staffing changes), and prepare related reports.
  • Prepare the monthly payroll and ensure all statutory deduction reports are forwarded to the finance department for payment by the 5th of every month.
  • Manage all types of leave (study, annual, paternity, compassionate) for the entire institution, including branches, leave schedules, and administration.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the HR division, including drafting letters, memoranda, and reports related to human resource programs.
  • Ensure all staff have up-to-date job descriptions and that their files are properly maintained in safe custody.
  • Perform general office support duties, including making copies, maintaining calendars, sorting and distributing mail, and ordering office supplies.
  • Assist in analyzing staff needs and performance reports, including appraisals, training needs assessments, and performance improvement plans.
  • Coordinate with medical providers to ensure KIM employees are covered and receive their medical cards.
  • Assist in developing, communicating, and enforcing the Institute’s policies, procedures, and code of ethics to ensure ethical practices among staff and stakeholders.

Knowledge and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource from a recognized university.
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • Membership in the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).

Marketing Officer

Main Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute marketing plans in liaison with Unit Managers and other Functional Heads.
  • Develop, process, and dispatch marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and cards.
  • Generate live leads and follow up to convert them into business.
  • Implement the Institute’s marketing plan at the user unit to ensure total compliance.
  • Oversee the creation of advertisements and marketing materials to promote KIM products.
  • Participate in evaluating marketing activities to measure effectiveness.
  • Coordinate internal marketing activity schedules to avoid overlap and ensure proper planning.
  • Lead implementation of go-to-market campaigns to reach the target market and ensure quicker return on investment (ROI).
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports and maintain records of all activities.
  • Prepare marketing budgets in consultation with Heads of Functions and Regional Managers.
  • Develop and implement plans to strengthen relationships with media organizations for effective messaging and brand positioning.
  • Undertake digital marketing activities on platforms such as websites, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Ads, and provide social media performance monitoring reports.

Business Development Executive

Main Responsibilities

  • Market and sell open training, consultancies, and in-house training for the Strategic Business Unit to both potential and existing clients.
  • Initiate client/prospect meetings for new sales opportunities by booking appointments.
  • Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
  • Enhance relationship management for new and existing business to maintain and grow the customer base.
  • Make presentations to potential clients to promote new products and special deals.
  • Conduct market intelligence and provide constant feedback on market trends.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients after service delivery.
  • Develop consultancy proposals for potential assignments.
  • Responsible for proposal development for sourcing new business.
