Depot Manager

Job Purpose
The Depot Manager, reporting to the Stores Manager who oversees all national stores, will ensure effective and efficient administration of the regional depot’s general operations.
Key Responsibilities
- General Administration of the sales depot.
- Ensure effective compliance with all aspects of Health & Safety procedures.
- Liaise with the Regional Sales Manager on ordering of stocks for the depot.
- Managing stock levels and making key decisions on stocks control.
- Ensure availability of all company’s range of products at the depot at all times.
- Managing and reconciling the inventory.
- Ensuring standards for quality, health and safety are met at the depot.
- Monitoring the movements of crates and containers and overseeing their cleanliness and handling to reduce breakage.
- Managing the staff at the depot including performance appraisal & signing of performance contracts.
- Management of depot resources (facilities, vehicles, petty cash, crates, staff, and other depot assets).
- Writing of reports (cash & stock reconciliations, underpayment & debtors reports, staff establishment report etc.).
- Any other duty as may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications and person specifications
- Bachelor of Science in Procurement & Supply Chain Management/Bachelor of commerce (Accounting/Procurement/Management) or its equivalent from recognised institutions.
- Master’s degree in supply chain management or business administration is an added advantage.
- A minimum period of eight (8) years’ experience and at least three (3) years in supervisory role.
- Have a minimum of (4) weeks management course from a recognized institution.
- Member of professional body in good standing (KISM)
- Proficient with office computer applications, SAP will be an added advantage.
Sales Representative

Job Purpose
Reports to the Regional Sales Manager. The role entails ensuring product availability and acting as a liaison between the company and customers. Identifies customer needs, offer solutions, facilitate purchases and building trust to boost sales and support the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising the direct selling and marketing of the products.
- Prospecting for new clients and markets.
- Set targets and monitor the performance of the different sales routes.
- Overseeing the collection of debt.
- Generating periodic reports, sales, market intelligence and debt collection.
- Resolving market and customer disputes and complaints.
- Ensuring proper use of resources allocated for the area.
- Ensuring the proper pricing of products in the outlets.
- Executing sales promotions and overseeing merchandising activities.
- Managing and controlling credit among clients.
- Any other duty as may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications and person specifications
- Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing or equivalent degree.
- Membership in a relevant marketing professional body (e.g., Marketing Society of Kenya).
- 5 years’ work experience in sales and marketing.

Salesman/Lady

Job Purpose
Reports to Sales Representative The role drives sales and ensures product visibility at all times while providing exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage stock deliveries, distribution, and verification.
- Deliver products to outlets, invoice customers, collect revenue, and manage crates.
- Process sales orders, reconcile daily sales, stock, and crates, and obtain confirmation of bank deposits.
- Generate route sales reports.
- Prospect for new clients, serve existing clients, and conduct market intelligence as per the sales requirements.
- Manage product returns as per the New KCC’s sales policy.
- Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Academic Qualifications
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years’ experience post-qualification.
- Over 5 years of accident-free driving experience with a valid BCE class driver’s license.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with standard office applications.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
