Position Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing
- Degree in Nursing is an added advantage
- Must have a valid practicing license from the Nursing council
- At least 2 years experience as a practicing nurse
- Technical expertise in nursing procedures
- ICT competency
- Excellent analytical, communication and customer skills
- Self motivated and a team player
- Pleasant personality
Pharmaceutical Technologist
Overall Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to the Pharmacy in-Charge, the incumbent is responsible for reviewing prescriptions and accurate dispensing of medication in order to achieve effective treatment for the patient
Key Responsibilities:
- Prescription validation, verification and dispensing
- Management of pharmacy inventory
- Preparation of quality reports as may be required by internal and external customers
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations guiding the pharmacy profession
Position Requirements and other competencies:
- Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 year of appropriate experience in pharmaceutical operations
- ICT competency
- Excellent customer service
- Self motivated and a team player
- Pleasant personality
Human Resource Intern
Overall purpose of the job:
- Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the incumbent will be responsible for provision of office administration assistance to the Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating and maintaining staff records
- Coordinating interviews and psychometric tests
- General filing for the HR department
- Management of HR Management Information System (HRMIS)
- General HR correspondence.
- Position Requirements and other competencies:
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- CHRP foundation level
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality
- Excellent organization skills and attention details
- ICT proficiency
