Logistics Manager
The Role
We are looking for a leader to join the team to expand our network of emergency service partners. As the Logistics Manager, your goal is to rapidly expand our emergency partner network geographically and in terms of response capacity and engagement.
- Lead partner acquisition and engagement strategy aligned with the company’s expansion goals and targets in Kenya and beyond.
- Build and lead a high-performing team responsible for acquisition, engagement, and partnership management. Provide guidance, mentorship, and resources to achieve ambitious targets.
- Be hands-on in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating partnerships with providers to expand our network, ensuring we build strong partnerships and have sufficient coverage and capacity to meet growing demand.
- Leverage data analytics to optimize the allocation of partners to areas of high demand and low coverage or to optimize onboarding and engagement.
- Collaborate with other teams to align strategies and timelines for expansion.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 of those years managing high-performing teams.
- Advanced degree in relevant field or, alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in a highly strategic and analytical role, preferably in rapidly-scaling mobility or logistics start-ups, international assistance companies or other relevant domains.
- Demonstrated experience in logistics and operations, including partner acquisition and managing strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Proficient in data analysis, using insights to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and other stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit.

Experienced Recruitment Lead
The Role
- We are on a mission to build a talented team that drives our organization’s success, and we are looking for an Experienced Recruitment Lead. In this role, you will assist the management team with coordinating interviews, processing candidate applications, and providing essential support. This is a short-term contract position with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
- Process candidate applications and maintain accurate records in our recruitment tracking system.
- Continuously and systematically screen CVs and assessments based on pre-defined criteria with 100% accuracy.
- Pre-screen candidates on Zoom/video chat or in-person meetings where needed/instructed for specified candidate pre-qualification.
- Administer and review candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including taking notes during interviews, recording interviews and creating prep documents before interviews.
- Manage the recruitment tracking system and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Assist with other recruitment-related tasks as needed.
- Liaise with external recruiters or use recruitment platforms to find needed talent proactively.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in recruitment at a fast-growing organization.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be a proactive and motivated self-starter.
- Experience with recruiting tracking systems, assessment platforms and tech savvy.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

International Launch Expert
The Role
- We are seeking an experienced International Launch Expert to implement our expansion into new markets. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a plan to drive growth in international markets by establishing partnerships and operations and closing initial sales.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in international expansion, with a strong entrepreneurial background in business development, sales, and operations. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different cultural and geographical settings.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Execute a plan to drive set-up and growth in international markets.
- Hands-on operational leadership for all set-up and growth ops and conversations, being based in launch countries for a dedicated period to set up operations.
- Establish partnerships and initial sales in target markets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of the expansion plan.
- Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing products and services in African markets.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and operations, focusing on international expansion.
- Track record of being an entrepreneur or working at a fast-growing post-Series A start-up.
- MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, or, alternatively, entrepreneurial experience.
- Willingness and passion for travel and/or being based abroad 80% of your time.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different cultural and geographical settings.

Preferred additional qualifications:
- Experience and networks within telecommunications, government, NGOs, and corporates are a plus.
