Head Group Cybersecurity

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining KCB Group’s cybersecurity vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected and defended.
• Developing and enforcing cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures to ensure proper operations and maintenance of Technology assets.
• Ensuring the properties of security, authenticity, accountability, non-repudiation and reliability of information and information processing systems are preserved.
• Promoting user awareness of good cybersecurity practices, current threats, and the Group’s cybersecurity policies & procedures among all Group employees, vendors, and customers.
• Incident Handler in the Group’s Cybersecurity Incident Response and Recovery Team (CIRRT).
• Identifying and assessing ICT risks in conjunction with other departments in Technology Division, Group control functions and lines of business to determine their materiality.
• Implementing appropriate transparency/escalation of all significant ICT risks as appropriate through regular reports to executive management, and priority notifications to ensure minimum exposure to ICT risk.
• Ensuring appropriate action plans and delivery dates are in place to address material risks and any open internal or external audit items or regulatory issues and tracking these actions to completion.
• Providing guidance within Technology Division on topics related to ICT risk management such as achieving compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and international standards in order to remain within the risk appetite of KCB Group.
• Implementing technical controls in support of the Group Data Privacy programs.
   

The Person

• BSc. Information Technology / Computer Science / Telecommunications / Engineering or related field.

HR Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS – Oracle Fusion) and payroll (PerPay), LMS (Percipio and KCB LearningHub), management, and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
• Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to HR Metrics of recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
• Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.

Senior Dealer Corporate Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Implement best practice to maximize bank profitability through digital innovation and leveraging on existing bank technology platforms. 
• Drive Treasury revenue through working closely with the Corporate, Institutional & Investment Banking Divisions to coordinate Foreign Exchange Solutions. 
• Actively offer risk management solutions to clients. I.e., Spot Fx, Forwards and Swaps to Corporate and Institutional Banking clients.

• Lead a team of technical experts maintaining KCB cloud platfroms systems running on diverse technologies such as RedHat Openshift and public cloud (AWS, Azure, Oracle). 
• Responsible for ensuring conformance to security standards for all cloud platforms. 
• Responsible for CapEx and OpEx planning within the cloud platforms domain.
• Accountable for building, maintaining, and supporting high-performance, fault-tolerant, scalable, and distributed cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse data from various sources within and outside the business to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to the brand and market landscape while ensuring accessibility to the wider business.
• Monitor competitor activities, including pricing, marketing campaigns, and product offerings, and provide regular updates to the teams.
• Conduct market research and identify emerging industry trends, consumer behaviour, and potential opportunities for the brand.

Manager Digital Channels

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for existing Agency, Mobiloan, Internet Banking, Mobi, C2B, MTS, Channel Manager systems (herein later referred to as Digital Channels) and implementation of related projects.

Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity Analyst DevSecOps

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Group Information Security in assigned implementation projects and scrum teams to ensure all applications and changes meet set information security requirements before introduction to production environments.
• Contribute to the definition, documentation, and implementation of software security policies, secure coding practices and guidelines for the bank in line with industry best practices and technologies commensurate with risk and regulatory requirements. 
• Consistently provide security requirements to developers and third parties to adhere to and comprehensively implement the Bank’s software security assurance framework by carrying out security and risk assessments of application and software changes.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Business Application Development teams to identify application/software security improvements and plug-in identified security controls in DevSecOps tools.
• Contribute to formulation and conducting of regular trainings on secure coding, software security and application security practices for the development and other KCB technology teams at regular intervals.
• Contribute to the identification, integration, and maintenance of application security tools, such as SAST (Static Application Security Testing) and DAST tools (Static/Dynamic Application Security Testing), standards, and processes into the software development or product life cycle (SDLC / PLC), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform security and risk assessments for business solutions to identify inherent security risks and provide recommendations for addressing such risks.
• Create, and deliver software/application security compliance and testing reports and relevant metrics to the Bank’s Senior Management.
• Collaborate in the continuous monitoring and defence of the Bank’s critical applications, such as core banking, and digital channels, for cybersecurity threat indicators; report on violations and security measures taken to address threats.
• Protect the bank’s applications and systems by defining and reviewing access privileges and other security control structures.

The Person

For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science / Cybersecurity / Engineering (Electrical, Electronic) or related field.
• Any one certification from the list: Information Security certification in either CISA/ CISSP/ Security+/ Information Security Testing/ DevSecOps certification in either CDP (Certified DevSecOps Professional)/ CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional)/CEH, OSCP/ CPT/ GPEN/ GWAPT.
• 3 years’ Technology experience with at least 1 year in Information Security.
• Strong Application Security knowledge, experience within Secure SDLC and DevSecOps.
• 1 year experience in testing or implementing web, API, containerisation, or mobile application security best practices (such as OWASP, NIST).
