Executive Assistant/ PA
Job Purpose
To provide high-level administrative support to the executive, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office, enabling the executive to focus on strategic tasks. The Executive Assistant will manage schedules, communicate on behalf of the executive, and perform various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conferences for the executive, ensuring optimal time management.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and detailed itineraries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Position Overview:
The Customer Insight Lead will play a critical role in researching consumer behaviors, identifying new product opportunities, conducting internal retail research, and managing retail audits. This individual will leverage their strong analytical skills and research background to gather and analyze data, generate actionable insights, and inform strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research to understand consumer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscape, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Identify and evaluate new product opportunities in the market through market analysis, customer surveys, focus groups, and trend research.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Market Research, Business, Economics, or a related field.

- Proven track record of conducting consumer research, market analysis, and retail audits to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
- Proficiency in research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools/software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python, Tableau).
- Experience with retail audit tools and platforms (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Retail Link) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Sales Executive
Job Purpose
The overall purpose of this job is to conduct sales at the designated area/location –supermarkets, shops, wholesalers and direct customers in line with the set targets and company guidelines.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Devise strategies to find new prospects and sales leads and convert them into customers;
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media;
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns;
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services;
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data for decision making and monitoring product movement;
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations;
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections from customers;
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams;
- Collect orders through the merchandisers and ensure that they are fulfilled in a timely manner;
- Ensure all the proceedings from the sales is collected and deposited accordingly;
- Reconciliation of the daily sales – opening stock vs closing stock vs cash from sales; and
- Any other responsibilities assigned to the job holder by the supervisor from time to time.
