Product Manager – International Expansion

The Mission for the product manager is to own the end to end delivery of product features and roadmap continually driving efficiencies and innovations to meet our strategic goals
Overall Responsibility:
The Product Manager will work on identifying, validating designing and enabling a set of product features across different product areas that impact several business segments to provide solutions to solve customer/user challenges.

- Manage complex, high-impact products or product portfolios.
- Drive product strategy and roadmap for the assigned area.
- Lead and mentor Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Act as a key decision-maker for product direction.
Revenue Growth and Market Expansion: By end of year 1
- Contribute to strategic plans that have a revenue impact or align to the business goal to scale to other markets.
- Balance tactical execution with strategic alignment to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Prioritize features, manage resources effectively, and meet project deadlines to maximize market opportunities and revenue potential.
- Address user needs and manage competing stakeholder expectations to optimize product performance and market competitiveness.
- Communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on revenue-focused initiatives and market expansion strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration through fostering collaboration across multiple business functions: By end of year 1
- Influence product direction within their designated area by collaborating with peers, designers, and engineers.
- Advocate for the user and market needs, ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned with customer-centric product development.
- Represent the product team in discussions with stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration across departments.
