- Minimum 3 years working experience in business development with thorough understanding of insurance financials
- Experience in successfully developing and managing large commercial lines and other

- At least 3 years practical working experience at a senior level in Credit in a MFI/Finance Institution.
- Degree holder will have an added advantage.
