Roles and Responsibilities:

Plumber

• Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and other plumbing structures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other trades to complete projects efficiently.

 Welder

• Perform welding and cutting operations on metal structures and components.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements.
• Inspect and maintain welding equipment for optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and industry standards.

Mason

• Construct, repair, and maintain structures using bricks, stones, concrete, and other materials.
• Mix and apply mortar, grout, and other binding substances.
• Read and interpret blueprints to execute projects accurately.
• Ensure precision in alignment and finishing of masonry work.

Electrician

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems.
• Ensure electrical components comply with local and national codes.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions efficiently.
• Work safely with various power tools and electrical equipment.

Painter

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming before painting.
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
• Mix colors to achieve desired shades and finishes.
• Ensure high-quality and durable paintwork in residential and commercial projects.

Carpenter

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials to construct frameworks, doors, furniture, and other structures.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, sketches, and building plans.
• Install fixtures, fittings, and other carpentry components.
• Maintain tools and ensure work meets safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in the respective trade.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a construction environment.
• Relevant certifications or licenses (where applicable) are a plus.

Aqua Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Aqua Data Analyst to oversee data collection, organization, and analysis for our aquaculture operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, optimizing production efficiency, and driving continuous improvement at Victory Farms. You will work closely with multiple departments to manage data systems, monitor key performance indicators, and enhance decision-making through insightful reporting and analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Data Management & Entry:

• Accurately input, manage, and analyze data within the Aqua Manager system.
• Utilize data capture tools effectively for data collection across diverse farm departments.
• Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources, including lake logistics, aqua feeding, and hatchery operations.
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of records and implement robust data backup procedures to ensure safe and confidential storage.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze production and lake logistics data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Systematically monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in production and logistics, providing recommendations for optimization.
• Develop interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and comprehensive reports to effectively communicate insights to managers and supervisors.
• Extract and deliver data in response to ad-hoc queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Performance Monitoring & Improvement:

• Conduct regular performance monitoring of critical production and logistics areas, proactively identifying potential issues and suggesting solutions.
• Assist in facilitating periodic data review meetings to assess data quality and evaluate the performance of key indicators.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives across core data and analytics systems.
• Ensure dissolved oxygen, temperature, secchi disk readings and the water profile are conducted every morning and afternoon to assess water quality and then record that data.

System Integration & Development:

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement and integration of core data and analytics systems at Victory Farms.
• Explore and implement new data analysis tools and techniques to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Aquaculture, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data entry, management, and analysis.
• Proficiency in using data capture tools and database management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.  
• Experience in creating dashboards and data visualizations using relevant software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.  
• Knowledge of aquaculture operations and data collection practices is highly desirable.
• Ability to work with water quality testing equipment and record results.

Quality Control Supervisor

The ideal candidate for the Quality Control Supervisor role and key player in our fish farm operations, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will oversee key processes, monitor product quality, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining operational excellence while driving continuous improvement in aquaculture best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Quality Control and Assurance

• Develop and implement quality control processes for all stages of the process flow chain – feed to fish.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits on processes and products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to establish and maintain quality benchmarks.

Process Improvement and Data Analysis

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and product quality.
• Analyze data and trends to proactively address potential quality issues.
• Collect and analyze data on quality metrics and key performance indicators.

Compliance Management and Training

• Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
• Conduct internal audits to assess adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Provide training to staff on quality assurance protocols and procedures.

Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Aquaculture, Biology, Quality Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications in quality assurance or compliance are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in proven experience in developing and implementing quality control processes within aquaculture, food production, or a similar industry.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards (HACCP, GMPs, GHPs), food processing techniques, and relevant industry regulations.
• Ability to conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and product quality.
• In-depth understanding of industry regulations, internal auditing, and compliance management to maintain operational standards.
• Experience in conducting staff training on quality assurance protocols and fostering a culture of quality consciousness.
• Ability to work with production, operations, and sales teams to maintain quality benchmarks and address quality concerns.
• Strong communication skills for preparing reports, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring clear quality-related communication across departments.
