Trainee Sales Agents

Qualifications

  • KCSE Certificate.

Business Development Manager

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 15 years as a branch manager in Microfinance Sector.
  • Knowledge of Customer Experience principles and practices.
  • Good understanding of Performance Management.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement action plans and regularly track and review Branch performance to ensure the achievement of the set targets for the branch.
  • Responsible for preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the senior management.
  • Promote high level customer service culture in the branch for potential acquisitions.
  • Achieve set sales &collections targets.
  • Stimulate branch growth through marketing of Mwananchi Credit Limited products and recruitment of new clients.
  • Cross sell all products and services to both existing and potential clients.
  • In charge of repeat business in the branch.
  • Maintain high quality portfolio by ensuring on timely payments of loans and being zero tolerant to arrears.
  • Conduct customer visits and ensure recoveries where necessary

Chief Branch Manager

The role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency to support performance of all our branches in terms of driving business growth, standardize credit processes to achieve TAT and client, while managing the risks associated with operations and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements – Qualifications and experience;

  • A candidate must have: Banking or MFI experience of not less than 10 years and 3 years’ management experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Bcom, Sales or Marketing, Business Admin or related field from a recognized institution.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise:
  • Sales planning and analytical skills.
  • Customer service and excellent communication skills.

Internal Audit Manager

The role is responsible for provision of independent financial analysis, helps identify areas for cost savings, process. optimisation and increased operational efficiency and advisor services to the management on their compliance to set regulations and internal controls.

Job Requirements – Qualifications and experience;

  • A candidate must have: A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field from a recognized institution.
  • CIA certified, and valid membership.
  • At least 2-3 years’ practicing or relevant experience.
  • CISA qualification is an added advantage.

Credit Officers

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products.
  • Strong analytical skills and customer service experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in finance, or business administration, or related filed.
