Supply Chain Management Supervisor
DUTIES
- Perform supervisory role.
- Track all deliveries and ensure DIFOT
- Follow up on goods readiness & assist in coordinating goods consolidation for shipment and airlift as required.
- Applying IDF,PPB and other related permits.
- Liaise with clearing agents to ensure goods are cleared without demurrages.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree-Supply chain and logistics.
- Training on use of KRA ICMS(Integrated customs management systems)
- Experience working with kentrade and PPB system will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate understanding of logistics operations and practices.
- Should be analytical and able to use MS office applications comfortably.
- Previously working experience in pharma industry will be an added advantage
Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase & attract new patients, and retain existing patients within the oncology and cancer care sector.
- Collaborate with the hospital’s leadership team to identify marketing objectives, establish marketing budgets, and set measurable goals to achieve desired outcomes.
- Conduct market research to identify patient demographics, referral patterns, and competitors’ marketing strategies to inform the development of effective marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, healthcare professionals, and relevant organizations to generate referrals and foster collaborative partnerships.
- Organize and participate in healthcare conferences, community events, and outreach programs to raise awareness about the hospital’s oncology services and educate the public about cancer prevention, detection, and treatment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in oncology marketing and healthcare industry to ensure the hospital remains competitive and innovative in its marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as physicians, nurses, and administration, to gather insights, create marketing materials, and align marketing strategies with the hospital’s overall goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in healthcare marketing, specifically in oncology or cancer care settings, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and measurable results.
- In-depth understanding of the oncology healthcare landscape, including patient journeys, medical terminology, and key stakeholders, to develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive content and deliver compelling presentations.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing ideas.
