Duties and Responsibilities
- Accompany clients to inspect properties when required, showing properties to interested parties or arranging viewing as appropriate.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service;
- Pay attention and attend to customer inquiries.
- Ensure an efficient supply of brochures and other marketing materials to Agency Offices;
- Gather, prepare, and process documents, such as loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, Letters of Offer, Leases and Tenancy Agreements;
- Photocopy and keep an accurate and up-to-date record of sales documents;
- Maintain efficient and accurate filing systems;
- Collect monthly fees and maintain records of payments and rental activity;
- Prepare marketing information and materials such as sales particulars and brochures and convey this to interested parties;
- Respond to enquiries by interested parties, providing the required information to them, and progressing their interest and pursuing closure with suitable and able parties;
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements for appointment:
- Bachelor’s’ Degree in Land Economics, Real Estate, or relevant field
- Diploma in Estate Agency and Property Management or any relevant professional qualification/ certification
- At least 1-year relevant experience in a similar organisation or function
Officer, Agency Service

Job Summary
This job is responsible for arranging the prompt preparation and distribution of monthly or bi-monthly landlord statements and accompanying payments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients;
- Communicate with legal counsel to prepare sale and lease documents;
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service;
- Advertise the properties in appropriate channels in the most effective, presentable, cost optimal and professional way;

Job Summary
This job is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of operations by facilitating property marketing and sales activities and through proper implementation of Laser Property Services policies, procedures, and guidelines to enhance productivity.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing inspections in accordance with both organisation and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate the interviewing and placement of prospective tenants, together with the completion of all associated documentation.
- Proper handover of properties let or sold and documentation, accordingly, liaising as necessary with developer/landlord.
- Advise clients on prices, mortgages, market conditions, and several other related information.
- Ensure that all property queries are resolved within the agreed benchmarks.

Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing contract preparation and review, related documentation, and providing legal advice to management on the appropriate course of action.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Draft legal contractual documents and ensure they are compliant with CPF policies.
- Protect CPF’s intellectual property to prevent loss/infringement by third parties through trademarks, copyrights, patents, and other appropriate safeguards.
- Ensure adherence and compliance to corporate governance principles and institutional guidelines.
- Implement projects including sitting in the project’s implementation committee of the various ongoing projects and drafting and reviewing project documentations.
- Manage contracts including drafting, review and negotiating of contracts with third parties.
- Provide legal support across the business in ensuring implementation of regulatory directives and adherence to regulatory and license obligations.
- Provide legal guidance on contractual obligations during contract negotiation, drafting and implementation.
- Implement contract lifecycle and ensure that they are compliant to the set guidelines.
- Prepare property lease agreements and ensure contracts are signed on the scheduled date of transfer.
- Ensure safe custody of contracts and agreements and track their validity.
- Prepare Deeds of Lease, Statutory Leases.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Requirements for appointment:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Advocate of the High Court with a valid practising certificate
- Legal Audit and Compliance Certification
- Corporate Governance professional certification
- Member of the Law Society of Kenya with a current practising certificate
