Hardware Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- To perform deployments of new hardware in adherence to the Bank’s standards and best practice.
- Determine and enforce end user hardware specifications and configuration standards
- Receive faulty hardware from the end users, diagnose, repair and/or escalate to the vendor for repair as necessary.
- Research, testing and implementation of new hardware technology and related software as needed to enhance performance of existing equipment
- Reconcile bank’s hardware to ensure that it tallies with records held in the bank’s books.
- Ensure that the bank’s data is eradicated from hardware components that are due for disposal.
- Participate in Business Continuity Processes as per bank set guidelines and standards
The Person

- A Bachelors Degree in IT or Related sciences
- A Professional Certification in MCSE/ Comptia A+/ CCNA

Senior Manager, Enterprise Business Solutions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary role and responsibility is oversee and manage the implementation enterprise wide systems that meets business intelligence, analytics and reporting demands of the organization.
- Leads projects involving major enhancements or upgrades of enterprise-scale data platforms and related systems including overseeing the development of the technical specifications and application design criteria based on functional and non-functional requirements to meet the business needs.
- Research and work with Strategy and Architecture teams to implement new technologies that will facilitate maximization of data as asset for strategic business transformation.

Supply Chain Management Department – Senior Sourcing Category Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage self and the assigned team of sourcing managers and specialists.
- Develop and execute the annual category management plan and budget within the approved limits.
- Develop and maintain business continuity plans, risk management, compliance, and regulatory controls for the assigned category.
- Relationship management and engagement of key stakeholders for the assigned category: Heads of Department, Subsidiaries, Suppliers, Contractors, Consultants, Management Tender Committee, and the Group Executive Committee
- Implement standards, controls, processes, or regulatory determined procedures for the Category.
- Implement cost management programs/initiatives for the assigned category during the business cycle and strategically negotiate contracts to deliver optimal outcomes for the Bank.
- Manage the supplier contract calendar for the Category, review expiries, inclusions, retirements, and cancellations of contracts.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic objectives for the Corporate Banking division, working closely with all other Bank divisions and subsidiaries.
- Lead the financial and business planning process, providing analysis to support decision-making and drive staff productivity.
- Collaborate with Strategy and Finance teams to develop KCB’s Group strategy in alignment with the strategic direction.
- Oversee the financial reporting and analysis functions of Corporate Banking, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Review business performance against budgets and develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.
- Ensure revenue opportunities are properly maintained and tracked for closure against agreed budgets and targets.

Skills, Competencies and Experience
- University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- 8 – 10 years’ relevant experience (in well-established organizations) in corporate banking, banking operations, customer service, with at least 5 years in senior management position in Strategy formulation and implementation.
- Capability of interpreting date trends and provide insights.
- Track record of attaining targets of business growth and profitability in the financial services and banking sector.
- Have appreciation and operating knowledge of the banking industry, market, trends as well as challenges.
- Demonstrable cross-cultural, people and relationship management skills, networking and negotiation skills, team motivation and leadership competence.
- Sound understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements of corporate governance, business, and banking operations.
- Effective communication
