IT Governance and Compliance Analyst 

Job Purpose Statement

The IT Governance and Compliance Analyst ensures effective management of IT risks and controls by developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust IT governance framework. This includes aligning IT with business objectives, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards, and mitigating cybersecurity risks to protect organizational assets and maintain operational integrity.

Key Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)

Governance Framework (10%):

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT governance framework aligned with business strategy, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.
  • Define and articulate IT governance principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee the implementation of IT governance best practices, including COBIT, NIST, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and ISO 31000.

Compliance Management (10%):

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory requirements, and internal security policies.
  • Lead the preparation for and execution of cybersecurity audits and assessments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging cybersecurity regulations and standards.

Risk Management (40%):

  • Lead and conduct comprehensive risk assessments, including threat modeling, vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and business impact analyses.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Risk Register, documenting identified risks, their likelihood and impact, and chosen risk treatment strategies.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT risk.
  • Conduct regular risk reviews and updates to ensure accuracy and completeness of risk assessments.
  • Develop and implement a risk-based approach to decision-making across all IT-related activities.

Training & Awareness (30%):

  • Conduct IT governance, risk management, and cybersecurity training and awareness programs for employees to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance to IT on regulatory and compliance matters, supporting a culture of compliance.

Continuous Improvement (10%):

  • Develop tactical governance and compliance reports highlighting key metrics and risk insights.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by driving secure systems, a resilient workforce, and informed decision-making.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, or ISO 27001 are highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance (minimum 3-5 years).
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR).
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and the ability to interpret and implement compliance standards.
  • Proven experience in conducting threat modeling exercises, vulnerability assessments, and business impact analyses.
  • Strong understanding of risk management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of cloud security and privacy compliance.
  • Familiarity with data protection and privacy laws.

Supply Side – Marketplace Operations Lead

Job Purpose Statement

CarDuka is currently at a pivotal stage of rebuilding and expanding its marketplace to offer a more customer-centric and end-to-end automotive ecosystem. We aim to create a trusted automotive ecosystem where car dealers, private sellers, car importers, financial services providers, and auxiliary service providers interact, all underpinned by a highly liquid marketplace, financial services, mobile-first focus, data-centricity, and high customer obsession.

The Supply Side – Marketplace Operations Lead will drive the growth and quality of supply across all automotive ecosystem partners. This includes used & new car dealers, private sellers, car importers, financial services providers, and auxiliary service providers (e.g., spare parts, car accessories, driving schools, road rescue services etc.). By cultivating strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring seamless onboarding & engagement, the Supply Side Lead will play a pivotal role in building a robust, trusted, and monetizable ecosystem on CarDuka. The role is very dynamic, one day the individual will onboard a used car dealer & moderate supply-side content, the next day he/she will design a supply-side product with the CarDuka product team and another day the individual will analyse the supply-side analytics.

The measures of success for the role will be (will evolve with the business needs):

  • No. of verified supply-side users i.e. dealers, private sellers, finance partners, etc.  
  • No. of listings/supply-side content.
  • Content quality score.
  • Marketplace liquidity.
  • Supply-side revenue.

Experience Requirements

  • 4 years in operations, commercial, or partnership roles – preferably in a marketplace, e-commerce or tech business environment.
  • A practical understanding of automotive or related sectors (e.g., logistics, fintech) is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated success in onboarding and managing partner networks or supplier ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with local regulations (cars, financial services, imports etc.) is advantageous

Senior Business Manager 

Job Purpose Statement

The main purpose of this role is to support Global Market’s Group Director’s office in Strategy development and implementation, sales development and management, portfolio and market analysis and performance management as well as offer project management support to ensure effective and timely implementation of Business Unitsstrategic projects. In particular, ensure that activities being implemented align to the Bank’s overall strategic objectives and budgets. To work with senior leadership to chart the course, expand business by facilitating the implementation of strategic initiatives that the Group Global Markets should be focused on.

This includes the defined and approved target market that supports the bank’s capital allocation, revenue and balance sheet targets and facilitate the development of different strategies for growth and increased profitability at portfolio level. The role will also provide direct support to Global Markets Division by preparing reports that provide analytical insights for business analysis and performance measurement.

This includes examining cash flow and financial statements to generate summary reports, developing financial models and preparing forecasting reports for financial projections. The role also works alongside other business analysis units across the bank to prepare ad hoc analyses for change projects in aid of decision making.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, computer science or related field from a recognized accredited university.

Experience

  • At least 6 years’ experience working in the area of data analysis in a role requiring:
  • Ability to understand business at a level of detail that enables them to identify and document
  • businessrequirements and address critical issues;
  • Adeptness at queries, report writing and presenting findings as well as oral and written communication skills;
  • Demonstrated understanding of the design and development of reporting tools and dashboards;
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.),
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with a very high level of attention to detail and accuracy; and
  • Ability to organise, plan and prioritise assignments within multiple projects and to work with minimal direction and be very flexible to coordinate complex activities that are often subject to rapid or extensive changes; and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Should have good leadership skills.
  • Should have very good knowledge of the financial industry and commercial awareness.
  • Should have experience with risk management and compliance.
  • Experience in project management and relationship management is essential.
  • Should have very good attention to detail.
