Job Description
- Hauling of bulk stock (Primary Distribution) between Manufacturing Plants and Distribution Centres / Local Distribution Partners and OCCD’s
- Delivery of stock (Secondary Distribution) to Direct Delivery customers and OCCD’s
- Providing professional and efficient customer service to the internal and external customers
- Conducting and Compile necessary invoicing to ensure that all delivery documents are correct and checked.
- Take full accountability of the allocated truck, Mobile device, stock and pallets on truck
Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Co-coordinating and receiving customer invoices.
- Perform daily stock counts in an accurate and prompt manner.
- Comply with security checks and procedures
Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications
- Form 4 certificate (KCSE)
- Valid and applicable driver’s license
- Valid Professional Drivers Permit (Country Specific)
- Prior distribution driving experience
- Prepared to work fixed shifts at a specific time of day / days of the week

- Understand the CCBA maintenance strategy
- Understand and use vehicle diagnostic, service and repair technology
- Maintain and manage specialized tools
- Plan execution of allocated tasks and spares usage, preventative maintenance
- Execute daily tasks for services, repairs repairs and breakdowns of vehicles
- Assist in ensuring fleet compliance with required legislation and company governance standards
- Know your customers and manage required customer service levels

Qualification
- Minimum requirement: Nationally Qualified Vehicle Mechanic and Trade
- Added Advantage: Diploma in mechanical engineering
Experience
- Minimum 5 years vehicle maintenance experience
- 3 years practical experience in a fleet workshop
