Telehealth Clinician
The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Telehealth Clinician to join our dynamic team. - Document patient interactions: Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records (EMR) of all telehealth appointments, assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up discussions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives: Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing insights and suggestions for enhancing telehealth services and patient experiences.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Clinical Officer.
- Have experience providing healthcare services through virtual platforms, demonstrating proficiency in using telecommunication tools and platforms.
- Strong communication skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities, allowing you to connect with patients and convey complex medical information clearly.
