Lecturer – School of Nursing

LECTURER, GRADE 12- Ref: DeKUT/NUR/L/2025

REQUIREMENTS

The candidate must

• Have a PhD in (Human Anatomy, Medical Microbiology/Medical Biochemistry, Medical Surgical (Critical Care/Renal Nursing) or its equivalent qualification from an accredited and recognized University.

OR

• Have a Master’s degree in (Human Anatomy, Medical Microbiology/Medical Biochemistry, Medical Surgical (Critical Care/Renal Nursing) or its equivalent qualification from an accredited and recognized University.
• Have a Minimum of 24 publication points of which 16 should be from refereed journal papers
• Be registered and have a valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya. 

Clinical Instructor

CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR GRADE 10 -Ref: DeKUT/NUR/CI/2025

REQUIREMENTS

The candidate must

• Have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or its equivalent qualification from an accredited and recognized University.
• Be registered and have a valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya
• Have at least three (3) years professional work experience with evidence of clinical teaching

Senior Technologist II

SENIOR TECHNOLOGIST II GRADE 10 -Ref: DeKUT/IFBT/CI/2025

REQUIREMENTS

The candidate must

• Be a holder of Bachelor Degree in Food Science and Technology/Microbiology from a recognized institution.
• At least four (4) years post-qualifications experience in a Research or Academic Institution.
