Territory Sales Lead – ldoret Zionmall – Rift Valley Regional Office
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee complete sales, account management, cash business and activation team for outpatient vertical for the assigned region.
- Drive sales activities in the assigned region and responsible for business growth.
- Achievement of monthly footfall and revenue target for FFS & Capitation, cash business and county sales for the assigned region.
- Preparation and timely submission of sales reports, participation in weekly, fortnightly and monthly review.
- Responsible for improving brand value and visibility by means of organizing activations/ medical camps and events.
- Manage and oversee activation/ camps/ events/ roadshows/community connect for all the schemes of outpatient vertical.
- Liaising with all insurances & Corporate officials, doctors, referring hospitals at Branch and territory offices.
- Responsible for customer delight for FFS, Corporate, Cash and County Scheme clients.
- Continuously work to understand the needs of insurance & corporate companies and large employers to be able to develop and sell solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements –Education, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business related field
- At least two (2) years of progressive relevant experience in healthcare industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Sharp business acumen, including the ability to assess risk
- Excellent sales, negotiation and public relation skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
Regional IT Support – Nyeri 2 – Central Regional Office
Core Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective service of all IT Equipment’s
- To serve as IT Support for all Clinics within the region
- Interpret and advise Line Managers on New ideas
- Direct the execution and implementation of all Software’s
- Provide career development guidance to Clinic Staff and training
- Implementation of structures, JDs & KPIs and succession planning mechanisms.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, and three to five years related work experience.
- Master of Business Administration with technology as a core component preferred.
- Professional certification in systems engineering and systems administration;
- Demonstrated ability to manage IT systems and staff remotely through appropriate technology;
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute technology projects and system implementations effectively;
- Management skills with demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong oral and written communications skills;
