Our client a reputable  a branding and event management company offering full-service  corporate events, branding and conference Management that require individually tailored solutions is seeking to employ Sales Agents who are aggressive, self-driven and focused to be located at Queens estate, Uthiru off Waiyaki way.

Job Summary:

The successful candidates will be responsible in engaging potential clients in tables, tables, stages and tents rentals & hire, décor and lighting accessories, led screens & TV hire, pa sound with DJ for hire, photography & videography equipment rentals & hiring while offering excellent service delivery to ensure you attract repeat and referral businesses for weddings, corporate functions, or private parties

Duties:

  1. Prospect, generate leads, develop relationships, negotiate, prepare & present event sales presentations and close new business clients.
  2. Sell portfolio of corporate sales products including: Branding, Marketing Promotion & Packaging, Corporate Events. Live Events, Roadshows & Product launch and Events Equipment hiring
  3. Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs and offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities
  4. Reach out to existing and potential customers geared toward interacting with them by attending to their events to offer products and services.
  5. Leverage existing individual network, community service groups and other lead generators to use a variety of methods and resources to creatively engage with and enhance partner relationships to overcome challenges, create business opportunities and exceed company sales set objectives.
  6. Analyze the value and report results of each event and on the prospects, pipelines and closed business, encountered challenges and any other feedback
  7. Work with accounts team to ensure timely invoicing and collections.
  8. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. A diploma in sales, marketing or any other related field and two years sales experience. Prior sales experience in the industry is a definite advantage.
  2. Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to handle rejection, objections and address or resolve complaints.
    Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills coupled with being a team player.
    Strong convincing ability.
  3. Ability to communicate, negotiate with external vendors and service providers and strong organizational and management skills.
  4. Self-starter’s attitude and familiarity with event trends and developments.
  5. Ability to plan, execute projects and work in a fast-paced environment and creating and adhering to budgets.

Compensation:

A retainer of Kes 30,000.00 with a highly competitive commission structure will be offered to the best candidates.
