Sales Team Leader
- The Sales Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives on a day-to-day basis and achieving overall sales targets. The Sales Team Leader will also be responsible for identifying new sales leads, creating sales strategies, and establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, team management, and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service
- Previous experience in a similar role with at least 3 years’ experience in sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Previous experience in the micro-finance industry is an added advantage
