IT Business Solution Analyst

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively engage with the business community to understand function operations and identify areas of process improvements
- Document, analyze and propose innovative solutions for business requirements for process enhancements aligning the same to best practice and internal controls
- Work with the business community to innovate new technologies to address business challenges and gain competitive advantage in the marketplace
- Provide advice to Industrial, Finance, Human Resources , Commercial, and Supply chain business community as a key representative for ICT – first point of contact for the respective business process related issues
- Collaborate with Group IT Senior Business Analysts to identify business challenges and prescribe workable solutions for the same
- Validate with Business Process Owners, that the documented process flows are respected and continuously suggest improvements
- Perform robust solution testing and deployment using the three tier approach – Development, Quality and Production
- Ensure All User Requests are duly approved and undergo the internal audit approved change management process and such changes are well documented and preserved for audit purposes
- Identify training requirements and identify users in need of training and to train and/or assist in the training of users and to motivate retraining of users
- Acquire firsthand understanding of the different business process realities of different sites and recommend and/or plan solutions within standard practices
- Ensure uniformity, accuracy, stewardship, semantic consistency and accountability of the business official shared master data assets
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Graduate in Information Technology or relevant discipline with at least 5 years’ experience in business systems process design and application development
- Sound knowledge on Windows Server, Oracle RDBMS, SQL development qualification
- Sound experience in SAP FI/SD/MM and / or qualification
- Programming skills – HTML, SQL, Java, ABAP etc
- Hands on experience on Business Intelligence and Analytics Tools – QlikSense is an added advantage
- Certification on Project Management methodology

IT Infrastructure and Operations Lead

- Business consultancy for respective business processes in the organisation to ensure effective support of systems availability. The role reports to the Country Head of IT.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Country Head of IT in the creation and delivery of the IT Strategy
- Lead the IT Infrastructure, Operations and Network Team to Integrate new technology and ensure optimum system performance
- Provide support, installation and configuration for all virtual services and physical services in all the Country Data Centers
- Design, plan, build and support automation infrastructure to fully cover all business operational sites including system architecture for all business tools and collaboration software
- Provide proactive and continuous improvement, technical upgrades, and support of servers, storage, and backup environments.
- Assist with technology related purchases and maintenance of company’s IT assets
- Determine and implement proper monitoring points and tuning alerts to be able to monitor the data center environments proactively.
- Create and maintain systems administration documentation outlining administration policies and practices
- Coordinate and manage all IT infrastructure disaster recovery plans in liaison with the End User & Information Security teams
- Manage service level agreements (SLA) with internal customers and external vendors

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Graduate in Information Technology or relevant discipline with at least 10 years’ experience dealing with complex technical IT environments, policy and effective service delivery to end users in multiple Business segments.
- Sound knowledge on Windows Server, Linux, VMWare, Oracle RDBMS, Infrastructure monitoring tools including backup, provisioning and automation
- Knowledge of Data Centre shared infrastructure (AWS, Servers, SAN, Network optimization, Security Standards , Security equipment and associated technologies
- Broad range of understanding of ITIL, ITSM, Agile and industry best practices
- Basic knowledge of SAP Basis
- Basic Programming skills
- Certification on Project Management methodology and Strong skills in self-organization
