Associate Professor of Research Methods
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Earned a PhD in Research Methods, Pure Sciences, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field from an accredited university
- Proven experience in supervising postgraduate students to completion, includind atleast one doctoral candidate.
- Strong commitment to mentoring students and faculty in research methodologies.
- Evidence of ability to attract research funding and lead research projects.
- At least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level, with a demonstratable record in research and publication
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated success in interdisciplinary collaboration and community engagement related to research
- A minimum of 48 publication points as a Senior Lecture, with at least 32 referred scholarly journals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct high-quality research publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Contribute to curriculum development and enhancement of research capacity.
- Develop and implement innovative research strategies that align with the university’s mission.
- Engage with academic community and participate in conferences and workshops.
- Supervise and mentor graduate students in their research projects and dissertations.
- Teach Undergraduate and postgraduate courses in research methods.
Full Professor of Research Methods
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Earned a PhD in Research Methods, Pure Sciences, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field from an accredited university
- A minimum of (5) years of experience teaching at the university level, with robust record of research, publication, and leadership in academic settings
- Strong commitment to mentoring students and faculty in research methodologies.
- Evidence of ability to attract research funding and lead research projects.
- Proven experience in supervising postgraduate students to completion, including at least three doctoral candidates.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated success in interdisciplinary collaboration and community engagement related to research
- A minimum of 96 publication points, with a significant number of publications in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
