Branch Manager (Meru)
Requirements
- Degree in Insurance/Business Administration/Sales and/or Marketing
- Minimum Overall Grade of C+ in KCSE
- Certificate of Insurance (COP)
- Certification in Insurance (ACII/AIIK) or any insurance related qualification will be an added advantage
- At least 5 years’ working experience preferably in the insurance industry
Key Roles
- Manage sales/marketing budgets and ensure sales targets are met.
- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
- Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy
- Align the operations of the marketing with appropriate technology to increase operational efficiency.
- Manage the branch and provide leadership to the team.
Claims Manager (TPPD/OD)
Requirement
- University degree in Law/Insurance/Business Administration
- Certificate of Insurance (COP)
- Diploma in insurance from AIIK/ACII or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in general
- insurance claims management
Key Roles
- Formulates and monitors the Claims Department strategic plans
- Ensures that all claims fall within scope of respective insurance policy
- Assist in the establishment of claims workflows and staff training Ensure strict compliance with the requirements of statutory regulatory bodies.
- Prepare periodical claims report and other management reports relating to claims and ensure that remedial action is taken promptly.
- Maintain a highly performing team in line with the organization strategic plans.
