Branch Manager (Meru)

Requirements

  • Degree in Insurance/Business Administration/Sales and/or Marketing
  • Minimum Overall Grade of C+ in KCSE
  • Certificate of Insurance (COP)
  • Certification in Insurance (ACII/AIIK) or any insurance related qualification will be an added advantage
  • At least 5 years’ working experience preferably in the insurance industry

Key Roles

  • Manage sales/marketing budgets and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
  • Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy
  • Align the operations of the marketing with appropriate technology to increase operational efficiency.
  • Manage the branch and provide leadership to the team.

Claims Manager (TPPD/OD)

Requirement

  • University degree in Law/Insurance/Business Administration
  • Certificate of Insurance (COP)
  • Diploma in insurance from AIIK/ACII or its equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in general
  • insurance claims management

Key Roles

  • Formulates and monitors the Claims Department strategic plans
  • Ensures that all claims fall within scope of respective insurance policy
  • Assist in the establishment of claims workflows and staff training Ensure strict compliance with the requirements of statutory regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare periodical claims report and other management reports relating to claims and ensure that remedial action is taken promptly.
  • Maintain a highly performing team in line with the organization strategic plans.
