Operations Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day operations of the football club and tournament participation.
• Oversee training sessions, team meetings, and other football-related events.
• Coordinate with tournament organizers to ensure that the team is registered for tournaments and has all necessary logistics in place.
• Manage administrative tasks such as record-keeping and inventory management.
• Manage some procurement.Collaborate with coaches, players, and other staff members to ensure that the club’s operations are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the club’s operations and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in football operations management.

Video Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Film matches.
• Edit video content.
• Analyze game footage using video analysis software and provide valuable insights into player performance and team strategy
• Scout opponents by watching and analyzing game footage to provide valuable insights to the coaching staff
• Manage live streaming of matches and ensure all equipment is in good working condition..
• Collaborate with coaching staff to provide valuable insights into player performance and team strategy
• Work with other departments to produce video content that aligns with the club’s goals

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of football, including tactics, player development, and recruitment
• Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to produce HQ content on short notice. Ability to create from different situations. Passion for football, and sports marketing are preferred.

Commercial Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage sponsorships and partnerships to generate revenue for the club
• Develop and execute effective fan engagement strategies to build loyalty and support for the club Manage budgets and track revenue and expenses to ensure the club operates within its means. Oversee merchandising efforts to develop club merchandise that sells well
• Manage ticket sales and relationships with ticketing partners
• Oversee hospitality and events on match days and other occasions
• Develop and execute marketing and advertising campaigns to promote the club and its events.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the club

QUALIFICATIONS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and enhance the technical and tactical skills of young players through structured training sessions and practice drills.

• Maintain effective communication with players, parents, and club officials, providing regular updates, feedback, and addressing any concerns.
• Serve as a positive role model and mentor, inspiring players to develop discipline, dedication, and perseverance both on and off the field.
• Continuously develop coaching expertise through ongoing training, professional development, and staying up-to-date with the latest coaching methodologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Coaching certification or relevant experience in a sports based institution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop tournament formats, rules, and regulations, ensuring fairness, safety, and compliance.
• Collaborate with teams, coaches, and officials to ensure smooth tournament operations and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
• Manage tournament registration processes, including team registrations, player eligibility, and fee collection.
• Oversee the coordination of referees, volunteers, and support staff to ensure efficient and professional tournament operations.
• Liaison with our marketing team to promote the tournament through various channels, including social media, local networks.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to provide necessary equipment, facilities, and services for the tournament.
• Ensure adherence to budget constraints and financial management related to the tournament.
• Collaborate with sponsors and partners to secure sponsorships, prizes, and additional support for the tournament.
• Evaluate the success of the tournament, gather feedback from participants, and implement improvements for future events.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in organizing and managing football tournaments or sporting events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in tournament scheduling, registrations, and record-keeping.
