Primary Responsibilities

  • Analyzing the tender document/identifying opportunities on which to submit bids and feeding into the decision over whether to bid for the work
  • Engineer to prepare optimized technical offers in response to Requests for Proposals, Tenders, etc. for projects
  • Perform site survey to quantify the scope of works
  • Designing technical proposals
  • Prepare Cost evaluation and pricing for tender
  • Guide various teams during implementation to ensure delivery is as per designs, standards and proposed specifications for the projects.
  • Explore and research new methods, technology, solutions to keep up to date with the market and provide best & cost-effective technical solutions
  • Travel within the country or internationally based on projects or tenders as required
  • Perform other operations tasks from time to time as and when required

Required Skills / Experience

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a presales engineer.

Company Driver / Messenger

Primary Responsibilities

  • Facilitating movement of the Managing Director to/from desired work-related destinations such as client meetings, trainings/conferences etc
  • Ensure timely renewal of required documents e.g., Driving License, vehicle insurance, NTSA compliance etc.
  • Read, understand, and adhere to NTSA and county government requirements e.g., speeding, parking, loading etc.
  • Ensuring that vehicles are serviced and in good condition to perform duties satisfactorily by keeping tab of the service due dates and relaying the same to the supervisor in good time. This responsibility includes scheduling for and attending annual vehicle inspections.
  • Maintaining regular checks on all company vehicles and reporting malfunctions to the administration/management as soon as possible.
  • Advise the administration/management of any requirements for maintenance or repairs well in advance of scheduled trips.
  • Supervise and report on any repairs to be done to the company vehicles.
  • Run company errands such as dropping invoices to clients, picking, and delivering of contracts/LPOs and delivering such other company documents as requested.

Required Skills / Experience

  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in driving as a personal or Executive Driver.
  • Must have a valid driving license for driving motorcycles, cars and light trucks.
  • Must have a certificate of good conduct.
  • Sufficient knowledge of traffic laws.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical aspects of vehicles.
