- Farmer participatory approaches, project planning & implementation, data collection & analysis, field-level training, communication (both verbal & written).
- Proficiency in Ms Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of farmer group dynamics and aggregation, marketing strategies, and practical experience with the farmer field school approach.
- Capacity building farmers for sustainable agri-livelihoods.
