Accounts Assistant

Job Objective/Purpose

To ensure that all services rendered are billed appropriately per patient episode and that all requisite documentation is collated with invoices and claims forms before being processed for onward transmission to insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure that all services rendered are billed appropriately per patient per episode
  • Ensure all smart cards are run and invoices are signed by clients
  • Ensure bills are as per the set limits by the insurance and if they surpass, seek approval
  • Seek pre-authorizations from various insurances
  • Ensure patients are billed under correct insurance schemes
  • Ensure all claims forms are collected from various department, sick sheets and relevant invoices are attached, and they are complete (diagnosis, doctor’s and patient signature, stamped).
  • Prepare and dispatch insurance and direct credit invoices to the accounts receivable team within the stipulated deadlines
  • Ensure all OP bills are finalized in the hospital information system

Customer Service Assistant

Job Objective/ Purpose:

  • Responsible for collecting patient feedback, managing service queues to ensure efficiency, and assisting patients throughout their hospital experience by providing guidance, addressing concerns, and facilitating seamless service delivery..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming patients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to while providing guidance to appropriate service areas based on their needs, and offer step-by-step directions, to help them navigate the hospital premises with ease.
  • Manage the issuance of service tickets by assisting clients through the queuing process while overseeing and monitoring service queues to enhance efficiency, reduce wait times, and smooth flow of operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1.Meal Preparation, Planning and Service
    • Cooking food according to the given recipes and menus using a range of methods (i.e. baking, braising, frying, roasting or steaming)
    • Ensures that each meal leaving the kitchen is checked for quality, quantity, presentation, correct temperature, served on time and per the patient’s request.
    • Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements e.g. (low calorie, high calorie, diabetic)

Job Objective/ Purpose:
