The ASR is accountable for end-to-end delivery from Supply perspective, advising and influencing all stakeholders in the end-to-end Supply Chain!
What you will do
- The ASR is accountable for end-to-end delivery from Supply perspective, advising and influencing all stakeholders in the end-to-end Supply Chain.
- The design of an optimal Customer/Contract Supply Chain, meeting customer demands,
- In line with valid laws and regulations and in line with the Supply Strategy, all Supply risks assessed.
- Continuously monitoring, controlling and optimizing it up to and including project closure.
You will bring
- Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or
- Minimum Expereince required is 10years in ASR(account supply responsible)
- Supply chain knowledge, general and Ericsson Business understanding, Project Management and leadership skills,
- Good English verbal and writting communication skills.
- Sales, Service Delivery, Ericsson Business Process framework (EBP), Forecasting, Supply Chain in Customer Contracts, Sourcing and Finance Process
- Expereince in Metrics Customer Satisfaction, Supply Project Cost Control, Monthly KPI’s, Tools & Resources SCOR, Ericsson Operating Model (EOM), SAP (ERP and Reporting knowledge),
- Expereince in Tableau reporting, Demand/forecasting tools, Supply Chain Delivery Plan (SCDP), MS-Office,
- Should have experience in Ericsson Configuration Portfolio (EPC), Sales Force, Premium Proposal, Distribution,
- Should have experience in Price Calculater (DPC), Leadtime and SIPP tool, Ericsson/Third party tracking tools (i.e. ECOD)
- Core 3 (Account Commercial Responsible (ACR), Customer Solution Responsible (CSR), Contract Forfilment Responsible (CFR)
Support Engineer
Description
Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a Support Engineer that will provide technical service and support to our customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks. You will configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.
The Support Engineer typically interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. You may also interact with groups in sales, R&D, 3rd party suppliers and local authorities.
What you will do
- Handle customer issues (Normal CSR work)
- Handling Emergency cases and fault Isolation for the customer
- Handle dedicated support
- Handle Software Update Management (SUM)
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Education: Bachelor’s degrees in telecommunication engineering or related university degree.
- Min years of experience: 2+ Years
- Domain experience: BSS, Charging System
- Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
- Good Troubleshooting & fault Isolation skills
- Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
- Presentation & communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Very good knowledge in SDP/AIR/NGCRS/NGVS/OCC/CCN
- Should able do tracing and sophisticated logs analysis for BSS applications, RedHat, Linux System Administration, Virtualization, Scripting or SQL, Oracle and other related platforms.
- Very good knowledge in RedHat Linux RHEL.
- Good knowledge in VMware hypervisor, Kubernetes & Docker
- Past experience with Ericsson will be preferred.
- Linux (bash scripting, installation & networking)
- SQL & Oracle DB (is a plus)
